I design the systems that determine whether transformation holds or collapses.

My work has spanned Olympic-scale events, global sporting federations, and complex digital platforms — environments where failure is expensive and systems must hold under pressure.

I've digitised results systems for the world's largest humanitarian sporting event.
Led product development for multimillion-dollar platforms.
Designed structures that turn complex operations into scalable systems for international events.

That experience revealed a pattern:

Most transformation fails not because people lack vision — but because structure is introduced too late, ownership is unclear, and truth is softened when it matters most.

The Aluna Foundry is what I built in response.

It is a system for leaders operating in high-complexity environments who need structure that actually holds — without burnout, chaos, or dependency.

I test before I scale.
I don't do hype.
And I build in public, one phase at a time.
