Successful delivery depends on the structures beneath execution; not simply the plan itself, but whether people genuinely understand, contribute to and own what they are responsible for.
Bindi learned that in environments where delivery happens live and failure has nowhere to hide. Across organising committees, suppliers and international Games, the same pattern kept appearing: the work held when the people carrying it understood the thinking beneath it.
The Aluna Foundry began there.
The idea was put to the test through strategic work with founders, creatives and mission-led organisations — very different work from the environments it came from. And something else became visible. The work didn’t only produce strategy and structure. People began thinking and deciding differently after the engagement ended.
What began as a way of working became a practice: strategic thinking built with the people who carry the work, so the capability stays with them.

Strategy and systems
At Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023 she led the first centralised digital results infrastructure in Special Olympics history: 59 Technical Delegates aligned to one operating model, 28 systems integrated, results live in seven languages across 176 nations with zero downtime.
She designed the operational readiness strategy of structured training, results rehearsals and phase-gate governance. The Results Requirement Books written for Berlin were adopted as the foundation for future Games.
She led Eventum®, an event management platform, from early concept to a multimillion-dollar international tender: the product strategy, the system architecture, the development team, the testing and the delivery, through to the commercial case that took it to market.
The same way of working now sits beneath strategic engagements with founders, creatives, nonprofits and organisations — very different work, with the same discipline: start from what is true, make the reasoning visible, and leave the capability with the people carrying it.
Seven years living and working across Spain, Japan, Germany, France and Italy, including a nomadic chapter with no fixed address and one year in fourteen countries.
She has hiked Torres del Paine solo, delivered live Games operations a hemisphere from home, and built this practice from a laptop on a veranda. The thread through all of it: work built well enough to hold gives you the freedom to live the way you choose.
